I’ll conduct a thorough assessment, which may include a physical exam, pulse and tongue diagnosis, as well as a conversation about your lifestyle, stress levels, and overall well-being. Using this information, I’ll develop a tailored treatment plan that may include acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion or gua sha to address your specific needs. Sessions typically last 60-90 minutes, leaving you feeling relaxed, supported, and with a clear path forward to improve your health.
